Automatic Straightening and Cutting Machines are suitable for pipe outer diameters of : Φ1.8-Φ4mm (Φ1/16" -5/32").

The Rotary Straightener Cutter Machine adopts a pneumatic PLC servo control system; the material is manually fed to the feeding rack, passing through the 360-degree rotation straightening device, and the servo rotates four feeding wheels to automatically cut the material when it reaches the required length; the straightening method is use 4-6 straightening blocks to perform 360-degree rotation straightening; the feeding power group uses a servo motor to drive the rotating wheels to feed the material, and a rotary encoder counts the length.
