Automatic Straightening and Cutting Machines are suitable for pipe outer diameters of : Φ1.8-Φ4  (Φ1/16" -5/32").

The Capillary Tubes Automatic Straightening and Cutting Machines adopts a pneumatic PLC servo control system; the material is manually fed to the feeding rack, straightened by the horizontal and vertical straightening group, and the servo rotates four feeding wheels to automatically cut the material when it reaches the required length; the straightening method is straightening with 30 wheels in the horizontal and vertical directions; the feeding power group uses a servo motor to drive the rotating wheels to feed the material, and a rotary encoder counts the length.
